Hello,
I spent 7 months at 9 rue St Nestor for a professional transfer.
The apartment is well equipped and in a lively shopping area.
Rue Nestor is parallel to Avenue des Freres Lumiere (shopping street), which allows you to benefit both from the local shops and from the quiet street.
For those who are wondering about the apartment being on the ground floor:There is a good meter between the apartment and a small wall – so passers-by are at a good distance from the windows.

We stayed in the Saint Nestor apartment for a year, following reconstruction work on our apartment. We were delighted to find a very well equipped apartment, with quality amenities, as if we were at home. This apartment exudes a beautiful atmosphere, a beautiful energy that makes you feel good, at home. Not to mention the light because it faces south, it’s really very pleasant, especially because I was working at home. In view of the difficulty of the personal ordeal we were going through, this apartment comforted us and helped us make it through the difficulties. The location is also excellent, everything is nearby: bakery, crossroads, pastry shop, restaurant, market, doctors, pharmacy, post office, metro, Velo-V. Also ideal for going to town or taking the train. Finally, the owners were very kind and understanding and helped us find a solution whenever we needed it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I wish that other people have as great an experience as we have had and pleasant memories.
I stayed in this flat for 6 weeks after moving to Lyon with my husband and daughter and we could not be happier with our staying. The flat is really well-localized: walking distance to parks, supermarkets and shops. The closest tube station is Sans-Souci in the D-line, very convenient to access many places for tourism and shopping.
The flat is really great. Very well-decorated, with a renovated and modern kitchen with all appliances needed for our daily in-house routines. Sofas and beds are very comfortable. Wi-fi conection is great, even for teleworking. Toilets, shower and bathroom fully renovated. Mirena from Urban Sejour and the landlords were very kind to show us around the flat and always offered to help with whatever we needed.
It was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend it without a doubt.
