    I had the pleasure of living in this apartment for a full year. It’s a magnificent accommodation with lots of character. It’s spacious and well equipped. The concierge Mr. Guillaume is very responsive and helpful in the event of a problem.

    The apartment is very well located, at the heart of the Peninsula. All amenities are within walking distance, and twice a week there is a market around the corner. Very close to public transport. Despite the very central location, the area is very quiet. The windows on either side face the interior courtyards, so there is no disturbing noise from the street. The neighbors of the building are also very respectful.

    Also, great ease in booking the apartment and organizing my arrival with the Urban Sejour team.

    We stayed in this apartment from May through to August 2018. We found Merina’s communication (we are Australian) and support during the booking stages and throughout our stay to be most professional and curtious. Our greeting by Benoit was no different. During our stay they cleaned the apartment once a month and this to was to a very high standard. Location wise the apartment is very good. It is in a quiet location With a supermarket and bakery within 50 metres and a bar restaurant on the ground floor of the building. All the people in these businesses were very friendly and helpful. There is a farmers market every Wednesday across the road in the park. Access to metro and Perrache rail station are both within 10 minutes walk. The apartment is well equipped and we found it easy to prepare meals.

    I would (and have) recommended this apartment and company to my friends and family.

    Urban Sejour contributed a big part to our fantastic stay in Lyon.
